Real Estate, as a new opportunity, came knocking on Pushpa's front door almost 20 years ago. From the minute she engaged herself with this new job, it was like love at first sight. And when you're doing something you love, it definitely doesn't feel like work. This was the case for Pushpa. She thrives on helping others find their dream home - and she's more than happy to go that extra mile to see that smile light up her clients' faces.
When she first started out, she was working in partnerships with other Realtors, but she soon learned that she was able to help her clients so much more when she was working on her own. After embarking on the Real Estate career solo, she quickly climbed to 'Top Producer' status. Not only is she a Hall of Fame Realtor, but she's been a Medallian Club Member for several years, as well as a Platinum Club Achiever.
Pushpa has a family background in construction and development, so she's able to better serve her clients with her in-depth knowledge of the industry as a whole. Her name has become synonymous with real estate in Surrey, Delta, White Rock and Langley. Bringing a young and fresh perspective to the team, Karen is a natural born Realtor. She’s always smiling and extremely determined in her work ethic. Coming from a background in Social Work, she loves working with people and is amazing in her ability to help others to make them smile. She was able to transfer these skills over to Real Estate and really possesses all the traits needed to be a successful Realtor.
Becoming a Realtor was a natural choice for Karen. Her family’s background is in construction, so she’s able to better serve her clients with a holistic view of the Real Estate market. She’s able to spot trends in the market and inform her clients as she helps them to find their dream home. Her passion for her career is evident in her strong work ethic and phenomenal time management skills.
